Rights as an Artist
My Rights as an Artist and Intellectual Property
Refusal of Service
I have the right to refuse service if:
a)I feel like I can not complete the buyers commission due to lack of artistic ability.
b)The buyer is rude to me. This includes, but isn’t limited to name calling, insulting myself or my art, saying my prices are too high and trying to negotiate for a lower price, etc.
I have the right to refuse to start a commission if the piece isn't fully paid for. If a buyer backs out before I start their commission, a refund will be issued. If a buyer backs out once their commission is started, there will be no refund issued. I have the right to use completed pieces as prints, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon at the time of commission. I have the right to include my watermark, printed small, on pieces I produce as this is my signature.
Intellectual Property (IP)
My art pieces are for personal use only and are not to be used for profit or commercial gain. They are not for Commercial Use. Unless I am doing a Commission of your OC, I retain the Intellectual Property Right to all my Original Creations and designs. My art is not to be redistributed, altered in any way, traced or claimed as ones own art. When sharing my art, please give me proper credit by including a link to anyone of my main socials (facebook, instagram, Tiktok, X, etc)
