Lost/Damaged & Return Policy

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Refunds will not be issued if your item is lost or arrives damaged. 

Additionally, as these are hand crafted items, art and digital pieces, I do not accept returns. 

Should your item not arrive to you within one month of Shipping to Canada and the USA or 3 months shipping internationally, contact your postal service. Please make sure you double check your address on your paypal account and ensure that you are not moving or switching address’ at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for your package arriving at the wrong address or getting lost in the mail. It goes without saying, but any item damaged or lost after it arrives and is in your possession, I am not responsible for.
